All new customers must submit an application form and receive approval from our team to access our wholesale products. Click here to fill out the application form.
Orders totaling over $700 qualify for free shipping. We aim to provide cost-effective shipping options to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our wholesale members.
Any orders under $700 will incur a $25 shipping fee.
Handling time will take a maximum of 3 business days after the order is placed. Delivery time will then take an additional 2 to 5 business days, depending on the customer's location.

By using iwelltrade.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Iwell Trade Inc. reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such changes will become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly to stay informed of any updates.
Wholesale Membership
iwelltrade.com is a platform for wholesale members to purchase cosmetics with wholesale prices from Iwell Trade Inc’s 7 brands, including Well’s Oil, Akwaaba, BlunTiger, Pefecx, Iwell Signature, Snow Lens, and Rose Lens. Wholesale membership is available to individuals and businesses who make purchases of $700 or more solely on iwelltrade.com. Membership is free of charge.
Business Verification and Wholesale Membership
a. Business verification is required to open a wholesale member account on iwelltrade.com. Therefore, Iwell Trade Inc. requires applicants for wholesale membership to provide business verification documents, which may include but are not limited to, an Employer Identification Number (EIN), Tax ID, Retail Certificate, or other relevant documentation.
b. To become a wholesale member, you must submit the necessary business verification documents during the registration process. Approval for wholesale membership is subject to review and discretion by Iwell Trade Inc.
c. In order to retain wholesale membership status, Iwell Trade Inc. may periodically request up-to-date supporting documents from wholesale members to ensure the continued validity of their business status.
d. Failure to provide requested business verification documents or any misrepresentation of business information may result in the suspension or termination of your wholesale membership account.
Account Setup and Default Information
Upon approval of your account application, Iwell Trade Inc. will assign the account name provided in your application as your default store or company name and set up your default address based on the information in your application. If you need to correct or update your store/company name, please contact us at wholesale@iwelltrade.com. You may edit your address at any time through your account settings.
Reseller Policy
Iwell Trade Inc. does not authorize the resale of its products on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms. Wholesale members are strictly prohibited from reselling Iwell Trade Inc. products on these platforms. Violation of this policy may result in the immediate termination of wholesale membership and potential legal action.
Payment Methods
We accept payment through credit cards and PayPal. By using these payment methods, you agree to comply with their respective terms and conditions.
Order Processing and Delivery
Orders placed on iwelltrade.com will be processed promptly upon receipt of payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected. Iwell Trade Inc. will make every effort to ensure timely and accurate delivery. However, we are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party shipping carriers.
Returns and Refunds
a. Returns and refunds will be processed in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, which can be found below.
b. We reserve the right to request evidence, such as photographs, to support your claim of damaged products or shipping errors.
c. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Subject to the terms and conditions detailed here, returns and claim for credit shall be allowed as follow:
Upon receipt of a shipment, the customer must unpack and inspect the delivery to determine the accuracy of the delivery; miscount or overstock, damaged products, or shortage items, while. Please contact to wholesale@iwelltrade.com within 7 days from the date the Customer received the delivery. We will not accept any claims that are made after 7 days from the date the customer received the delivery.
If you return items that were never displayed and sold, a customer will get 100% credit. Please contact wholesale@iwelltrade.com to seek approval for return and credit. Personal eyecare products can be returned regardless of whether they are sold or simply changed mind.
Up to 25% partial credit would be applied if the following occurs:
1. If the defect of the product is clear.
2. If a customer wants a return due to poor sales.
3. In the case of a simple change of mind.
4. If it is deemed impossible to sell consistently.
*All returned items must have been fully paid for before the customer requested a return or partial credit.
*A delivery person is not authorized to receive or handle any return requests or return claims. Please contact wholesale@iwelltrade.com for any returns or credit claims.
*We cannot and will not accept any returns or give any credits on any purchased items that are discontinued by manufacturers prior to the customer’s request for a return.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials on iwelltrade.com, including but not limited to logos, images, text, and graphics, are the property of Iwell Trade Inc. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written consent.
Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy, available on our website, outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using iwelltrade.com, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
Termination of Access
Iwell Trade Inc. reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to iwelltrade.com without notice for any violation of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary by us.
