Return & Refund Policy
(For Wholesale & Resale Customers)
1. Reporting Discrepancies
All Sales Are Final
Once an order is placed through our website or app, it **cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged**.
We do not accept returns due to a change of mind, so please **review your order carefully before completing your purchase**.
All customers must inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies — including incorrect quantities, missing items, or damaged products — must be reported to Iwell Trade Inc. within 7 business days of delivery.

When submitting a claim, please include:
- Order Number and Invoice Number
- Date of Delivery
- Detailed Description of the Issue (e.g., product name, quantity discrepancy, type of damage)
- Photos or videos of damaged goods (required for all damage claims)
⚠️ Claims without sufficient documentation may be denied.
2. Return Conditions
All returns must be authorized in writing by a wholesale support or sales representative of Iwell Trade Inc.
Only damaged or defective products are eligible for return.
Returned products must be unopened and in their original packaging, unless the damage occurred during transit.
Return requests must be submitted prior to resale or redistribution of the products.
Returns must be shipped to the designated return address provided by Iwell Trade Inc. upon approval.
3. Credit & Refund Policy
Approved returns will be handled differently depending on the customer type:
- For POS customers (purchases made through the Sales Team), store credit will be issued.
- For online members (Wholesale website orders), refunds will be provided to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Return shipping costs will be covered by Iwell Trade Inc. only for damaged or defective items that are authorized for return.
Customers must ensure all invoices are fully paid before return requests will be processed.
4. Important Notes
Delivery drivers or third-party logistics providers are not authorized to accept or process claims or returns.
No credit or return will be accepted for discontinued items or products marked as Final Sale.
Iwell Trade Inc. reserves the right to:
- Refuse unauthorized or non-compliant returns
- Apply restocking or administrative fees
- Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
5. Additional Terms for Resellers (Amazon, Walmart & Other Marketplaces)
This policy applies to all wholesale customers, including those who resell on third-party marketplaces. Additional terms apply as follows:
- Resellers are fully responsible for all end-customer service, including returns, refunds, and complaints.
- All claims to Iwell Trade Inc. must be submitted within 7 business days of the reseller’s own receipt of goods, not the end-customer’s receipt.
- Iwell Trade Inc. does not deal directly with the customers of resellers under any circumstances.
- Products must not be altered, relabeled, or repackaged in any way prior to resale.
- Resellers must handle and store all products in accordance with industry standards to maintain product integrity.
- Violation of these terms may result in revocation of wholesale privileges or legal action.
⚠️ We strongly recommend inspecting all goods prior to listing them for sale.
6. Product Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Iwell Trade Inc. offers warranties only on products it directly manufactures.
All other products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and liability terms.
Iwell Trade Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
